To reinvent the wheel on a daily basis our technical and sales engineers adhere to a mission statement encouraging enhancement, variation and optimisation of our existing product range. We utilise the latest technology including linear and non linear FEA and close relationships with established institutes to keep our ideas moving and realise new possibilities.

Quick solutions are realised through the integration of our engineering department and on site tool shop coupled with CAD data transfer. We run a combination of daily trials and basic research utilising our in house test facilities to develop solutions under specific conditions. This ensures that Blickle products meet the high demands of customers today. A recent example of this is the newly developed Blickle Besthane polyurethane tread which has been designed for the most arduous conditions, offering a higher speed performance and better wear characteristics than any other similar polyurethane product. This product has been developed exclusively within the Blickle organisation using our in house laboratory, with extensive testing over several years before being included into the Blickle range.
